that might have been a reaction to your deodorant although it%26#039;s amazing how fast your skin darkened .. some races really have darker underarms which are normal.. but if you notice that your skin darkened after a week of deodorant I suggest you stop and choose another brand .. i use dove clear and it works well for me.

i was told that too much scrubbing can cause irritation and darkening of the skin so i wouldn%26#039;t really try that. if you stop the irritant, your skin may bounce back to what it was before.
Reply:All deodorants tend to do this. It%26#039;s residue that%26#039;s hard to get off. Buy a loofah sponge for the body, put some soap on it and scrub underneath (like1-2 times per week) during the shower. That usually does the trick.
Reply:Yeah, it can be.. Ditch that deo bottle and opt for a milder one... Dove%26#039;s deo stick works... And so does Nivea, its mildly scented and it isn%26#039;t so harsh on the super-sensitive pits...
Reply:no it shoudlnt
Reply:um... might be some kind of reaction to your skin type

my deodorant doesn%26#039;t cause that
Reply:Dont use the roll on deos. Instead use a spray based body spray.. Dont spray it too close. Keep the bottle at a distance of 4 to 5 .inches when u spray.
