What deodorant works good and has no fragrance?

I want to know if their is a deodorant on the market that works good but has no smell as well.

What deodorant works good and has no fragrance?
Secret and Dove are the two best brands out there. Unless, of course, you're a guy, in which case, awkward!

Which Deodorant?

Which male deodorant is the best? I currently use Old Spice Fresh Scent. Is there anything better?

Which Deodorant?
Any answers you get in reference to "better" will be purely subjective and wholly rooted in opinion. I use what you do but also change up from time to time between various speedstick scents and various old spice scents.

Avoid Antiperspirants if you know you will be in an environment where you will be sweating. Your body is made to sweat, it NEEDS to sweat! Use antiperspirants when on dates or other social events that do not make you sweat.
Reply:i'm 40 years old and have used many antiperspirants.i have found degree to be the best for me.
Reply:You might try their Anti-perspirant, a deodorant is a cover up, and does not keep you from perspiring.
Reply:Speed Stick green (original).

Removing deodorant buildup on shirts?

The combination of deodorant/anti-perspirant and sweat forms a stiff, whitish area on my shirts. Spray %26amp; wash does nothing. Any suggestions?

Removing deodorant buildup on shirts?
This happened to my husbands shirts also. So I tried OxY spray [since I use the bleach ] and wow it worked. But if it is real bad then I would suggest soaking them first to loosen up the stain then spray a lot and wash in warm water. My option cold water does not clean your cloths good enough like warm water does..

Hope this works for you it did for me..
Reply:Try using Oxy clean or this stuff called Lestoil-gets out tough stains like sweat and ring around the collar and it should work for deodorant and sweat stains.
Reply:WASH THEM WITH SOME HEAVY DUTY DETERGENT AND REPEAT
Reply:Have had the same problem, I pretreat with detergent, run the washer under normal agitation, not gentle, using warm water. Then I let the washer set (leaving the lid open will do it) for about 10 minutes to soak the clothes well before allowing the washer to rinse. I also check the shirts before drying, since drying will lock the stain in. Hotter water and strong agitation seems to do the trick, they use hot water in professional laundries.

Switched also to arm and hammer roll on, still strong but doesn't stain as bad as the other deodorants.
Reply:Try Lestoil, it cuts the stains from a lot of different things. You might have to wash the garment twice, treating it both times.
Reply:Deodorants, Antiperspirant Stains - Treat light stains

with a liquid detergent and then launder. Pre-treat

heavy stains with a pre-wash stain remover. Allow to

stand 5 to 10 minutes. Launder, using an all-fabric

bleach.

*Another suggestion:

There’s not much help available in removing the dark stains from aluminum chloride after they are already set in your clothing. The best bet is to avoid those products that contain it thereby eliminating the stain itself.

Otherwise, try the vinegar and water, or the salt and water solutions and allow the garment to soak for a couple of hours or overnight. Then scrub the stain with a commercial stain remover product and launder according to instructions
Reply:Simple by using, Baking soda paste applying it to the stain and scrub with an old toothbrush then wash, then add White Vinegar to rinse water and your stains should be gone if not repeat the steps once more. Good Luck !

Crotch deodorant?

Hi please be serious when answering this question. Woman use vaginal deodorant, i use it. Is there a special one for men. I am am a very clean person so please don't say just wash, i do thinks

Crotch deodorant?
I have heard of FTD for women, but I'm not sure they make anything like that for men. I wonder if you could use the same thing, just not the floral smell (obviously)

You could just try some sort of a powder like Shower to Shower, that's made for that purpose.

I wouldn't use any regular deodorant though, the skin down there is far too sensitive.
Reply:try rinsing with absolute peach vodka
Reply:There should be one for men but you can always get the spray deoderant and spray it down there
Reply:I use under arm deodorant, works good.
Reply:whats wrong with using the womens one? im sure it wouldnt hurt. i use it and its really light and sensitive to my skin
Reply:I use menthol baby powder which keep it clean and has a nice feeling!!!

Teen deodorant vs woman's deordorent?

witch one works better as an antiperspirant and a deodorant i dont mean the clinical strength ones

Teen deodorant vs woman's deordorent?
Anything with alcohol in it is supposed to be best because alcohol is a natural drying agent. I use Secret Platnum gel. Aslo what works great is women's FDS or Summer's Eve Sprays. They're not really for armpits, but they work awsome!
Reply:the womens one has stronger ingredients, such as a 19% solution of aluminum stuff, the teen is 16%.i use a scentless ladies deoderant, then put on a little strawberry teen spirit cos i like the scent!
Reply:there's a deoderant just for teens? for sweat control i reccomend antiperspirants.. but for casual wear, use deoderant.
Reply:deff mens. they work better and smell awesome :)
Reply:if you really want to keep from smeling and sweat marks i would say mens
Reply:Antiperspirants contain fragrance, but they also contain chemical compounds that block the pores to stop the discharge of perspiration. No sweat, no odor.

Deodorant allows the release of perspiration, but prevents odor by combating it with antiseptic agents, which kill odor-causing bacteria.
Reply:the mens deo works better than any of them....the womens deo juss makes u smell like a mix of flowers and sweat :(

Reply:I suggest a lush deoderant. They`re solid, so have no packaging, so they`re good for the enviroment. They have no preservatives or harmful chemicals like aliminium, that block your pores. They smell lovley and are handy to take away because they`re solid! I use T'eo, the teatree deoderant- it smells like lemon and keeps me fresh and dry all day. It costs £3.45, so a little more expensive than your usual deoderant, but it lasts for ages and ages, so definately worth it! they also have two other lovley ones- both girly and fresh, full of fresh flowers and essenial oils- oxeo cube and fuwari! Lush products are also great because they don`t test on animals!

i have also tried teen spirit [and Dove] but it duzn't work! and my mom won't let me buy a new one.

What deodorant is best for me??
Dove sucks big time. When you are buying deodorant look at the percentage thats on it the higher it is the more effective it should be because that is the active ingridient.
Reply:The gel kind is much more effective and long lasting than a clear stick or white stick, and won't leave any type of residue. You don't have to put much on at all and it will last all day. Mitchum is a very good deodorant and antiperspirant.

Can deodorant contribute to cancer?

I heard that constantly putting on deodorant can block the bacteria from getting out and can help contribute to cancer. Is this true? Please list sources.

Can deodorant contribute to cancer?
There is no scientific evidence at all that deodorant and anti-perspirant cause cancer, contribute to it, or affect its progress in any way.

It's an urbam myth/legend.

The widespread belief that deodorants and anti-perspirants can cause breast cancer is due largely to a hoax email that was widely circulated.

For the facts, read:

http://www.breastcancer.org/symptoms/und...

http://info.cancerresearchuk.org/healthy...

http://www.cancerhelp.org.uk/help/defaul...
Reply:Bacteria aren't inside you. And even if they were, they don't cause cancer. Sweat glands are not there to eliminate bacteria or "toxins." They are there to cool the body, when sweat evaporates the body is cooled.

Not wearing antiperspirant won't prevent cancer, and wearing it doesn't cause cancer. But it might make you stink more.
Reply:People have been saying this for years and it's not true.

People will tell you that anything causes cancer and it's probably true, but that's because we use so many synthetic products and ingest products without thinking about what's in them.

Just live your life and don't worrry about every little thing that MIGHT cause cancer or you'll kill yourself from the stress of worrying about it (literally!)
Reply:No, deodorant does not cause cancer. You can go to WebMD, Snopes.com, and the American Cancer Society for sources.
Reply:What doesn't cause cancer these days?

What deodorant should I use?

I sweat a lot. I use Dove "Go Fresh!" and I am not sure if that is the best deodorant for me. Any suggestions?

What deodorant should I use?
If you're finding the over-the-counter deodorants to not be strong enough, they do have prescription deodorant (e.x. dry-sol) for those who sweat more. There is also a deodorant called Certain-Dri that you can get at Wal mart. Apparently it works very well. I think they have it at the drug store too but they keep it behind the counter. You don't need a prescription for it, but you have to ask the pharmacist to get it for you.
Reply:It's best not to use deodorants with aluminum ingredients cuz they are unhealthy. However, If you sweat a lot, that might be your only choice to stop the wetness. It's a tradeoff... your best bet would be to neutralize the odor and wear clothes that won't show the wetness. But most of us are willing to use the unhealthy stuff to stay dry!

Will this do the trick???

Dove deodorant????
i use dove and its the only one i ever used it doesn't really help. it helps more than others but thats it.
Reply:If you have trouble with one you'll probably have trouble with most of them. I dont think Dove or any other mainstream deodorant antioperspirant have very differing levels of the active ingredients. You might want to try one of the higher strength ones available in some drugstores or go see a dermotologist who will prescribe something stronger to keep you dry.
Reply:I love Dove!
Reply:I have been using a product called Certain-Dri for a few years now, and I swear by it! I used to have terrible (and embarrassing) wetness problems, but after using Certain-Dri once a week or so in addition to wearing deodorant daily, I have no more wetness issues. Certain-Dri is an antiperspirant, NOT a deoderant, so you have to use both! It runs $9-$15, but I have been using the same roll-on bottle for about three years now. I wouldn't use anything else, I love it. I tell all my friends!
Reply:Dove deodarant i thought dove was a soap company

Reply:I have wetness problems too, and nothing worked! I would suggest Secret Clinical Strength. It works really well, even though it is a little pricey. You can get it at drug stores and places like Grade A and Shop Rite. The estimated cost is $6.99 to $9.99. Some places sell it for like 70$!
Reply:I like the dove deodorant. It helps with everything, and the marks are reduced. I used to use secret, but i like the Dove better. That's just me. =] Good luck!

Underarm deodorant, toothpaste and Shaving cream on planes?

I plan to fly and take only carry-on - I want to take bare essentials like small travel size toothpaste, Underarm deodorant (like Mennan Speed Stick) , small travel shaving cream and a small tube of cream for skin condition? These are not liquids - are they allowed?

Underarm deodorant, toothpaste and Shaving cream on planes?
It's amazing how many retarded answers come from people who like hearing themselves type!!!

First, the ban is on liquid or GELS, so all those things you mentioned are affected by the ban (unless the deoderant is a solid stick). YES chapstick, lipstick etc. are considered gels.

Secondly, with those items listed, you CAN bring them onboard, so long as each is 3oz or less, and are put into a single quart (sandwich size) ziplock bag.

Your cream for your skin condition, is it prescription? If so, that is exempt from the 3oz+baggie rule, as long as there's an Rx label on it. If not, see below.

You can bring up "essential" non-Rx liquids/gels on board, if they are in containers less than 4oz. Included on this list is contact solution, saline, and KY jelly (it's even listed on the TSA website). They do not have to go into the baggie.
Reply:No, the tube/bottle/etc. has to be 3 ounces or under. A half empty 6 oz. tube is unacceptable. Report It

Reply:no toothpate for sure and the deodarant can't be of any liquid form and no for shaving cream
Reply:Deodorant are only allowed if they are white stick, not gels. toothpaste and skin condition are not allowed to my knowledge. Shaving cream is not allowed I know that from personal expirience.

I would definatly sugest going to faa.com and checking this out, because I know its listed here; however I think your going to wind up buying most of this stuff when you arive.
Reply:I know they change the rules constantly but as of when I am writing this THESE ARE THE RULES:

Deoderant is not a liquid (either is chapstick or tube lipstick) brings as much as you want of those. Shaving cream, cream and toothpaste are all in the liquids/gels/aerosols category that are limited.

If the cream for a skin condition is a prescription and is in its original container and has your name on it (prescribed to you), it is also allowed.

As for all other liquids: you are allowed one quart sized zip-lock bag for liquids. Each liquid in there must be under 3 oz, so get some travel size. That bag must be presented to security separately to be screened.
Reply:Should be no problem. You can carry 3 ounce or smaller containers (no half empty 6 oz. tubes of toothpaste) that fit comfortably in a clear quart size zip bag. The bag has to be removed for examination at security. See the following website for official TSA rules. Have fun.
Reply:If I remember right, they partially lifted the no liquid ban on flights as long as you buy them at the airport AFTER you have passed the checkpoint....You could call your airport and ask them for sure.....
Reply:Not sure since they keep changing it. I suggest calling the airport or their website and check what's allowed on.
Reply:Your better off buying the small travel sizes at a walmart or walgreens when you get there. since you can only take some and not other stuff , just leave it all , and buy it all when u get there. Or, if your staying at a motel, some have all that available in single or baby sizes, if you ask.
Reply:None of them are permitted on board aircrafts.... just check it in.. if you are travelling first class then you could ask your airline staff to keep in safe custody-not sure though, depends on staff and airline.
Reply:as long as they are four ounces or less

can someone recommend a natural deodorant that 1. doesn't have alluminum and 2. really works?

Natural deodorant?
tom's of maine has a few good ones. also check out lush.com. all of their products are all natural; most are vegan as well. tom's of maine lavender works for me...doesn't stop the sweat but controls odor; aromaco from lush works well too.

2 ounces witch hazel (any drug store)

5 drops each sage and lavender essential oils

Combine ingredients in a spray bottle. Shake well before every application.
Reply:I use Burt's Bees Herbal Deodorant. It works great!
Reply:I like the Adidas brand.. I buy it at WalMart.. smells good, doesn't have aluminum, and it works. :)
Reply:lol, I was JUST searching about this on Yahoo Answers.

Anyway people have been recommending liquid chlorophyll and the only specific brand I've seen is BodyMint.
Reply:there's a brand called mike (something) in groceries stores that works..pharmacies carry a kind made out of crystals that works well and then there is old fashioned baby powder
Reply:I like Avalon Organics deodorant. It works good for me and no aluminum.
Reply:I live in FL and the regular deodorant doesn't even work...

I tried that crystal salt thing, and although I still sweated a lot, I didn't smell that bad.

Tom's of Maine works OK, but not for an all day thing.

My boyfriend uses Old Spice which doesn't have aluminum, and he always smells good. Its easy to find mens' deodorants that don't have the aluminum, but womens' is a different story...

I tried the Addidas brand, too. Its OK, not as good as the salt from the stink, but I like to have the scent under there to cover the stink up. Maybe use both the salt and the addidas. I do that sometimes and it works OK.
Reply:A health food store can help you there
Reply:I have been using Crystal or Thai Salts for years. They have them in solid and roll on forms in most drug stores and places like Target and Wal-Mart. You have to look on the bottom shelf since the companies that make them do not pay for placement. You have to put them on wet but when it dries it kills the bacteria that causes the smells. The solid lasts about a year or so and costs around $7, the liquid is about $3. and lasts a month. It is a deodorant only and not an anti perspirent.
Reply:Liquid chlorophyll is an internal deodorant that deodorises your interior and reduces the odour of everything that comes out including perspiration.

Feminine deodorant spray?

i always heard from doctors that your not suppose to use deodorant sprays. that if you smell bad, then you have an infection. well i dont smell, but it dosent hurt to freshen up also. but when i read about summer's eve and fds, they say its safe and helps eliminate the odor, not cover up. i dont know what or who to believe?

Feminine deodorant spray?
Ah, you're a marketer's dream--a woman who can be made to believe the way a healthy woman smells there when she's clean is somehow bad. It's not an odor, it's just a smell.

You don't need douches, sprays, pantiliners, etc. You need soap and water and cotton panties. Those scented products may cause problems for some women (I answered a YA question about one only minutes ago) and will only mask the natural smell that literally makes the primitive part of the male brain wake up and pay attention.

You're not stinky there unless you're dirty or unwell.
Reply:It depends a bit on where you are spraying.......

The outside of the outer labia (where your pubic hair grows) is much like the underarm. A little anti-perspirant and deodorant won't hurt.

Anything inside the labia is sensetive tssue that should only be cleaned with plain water and not subjected to strange chemicals!

Inside the vagina itself is even more sensetive and self cleaning.
Reply:You know what. I have asked myself that question before. I think you get the feeling that it should smell different because of how you are taught to respond to smells in general. We all wanted it to smell like Victoria Secret perfume at some point. You are not alone there. But i tell you the truth hon, I think it's good that you want to spice up your feminine power. Go ahead and try it. Just make sure you only use it on the outside. It cant hurt you that way. But leave the inside to natural flushing. Drink lots of water and eat lots of garlic when you are having doubts about balancing your natural odor. This will also help prevent those annoying infections. Good luck
Reply:deoderant sprays and douche are not neccessary to your vagina and yes they are harmful. They do cause infection. If you have a funk you have an infection. They have towelletes if you want to freshen up and if you use the fds spray spray it very lightly, and do not spray it on your vagina spray it on your panties.

The vagina cleanses itself naturally. It does sweat and do understand the need and want for a freshener, but use it wisely. Wear cotton panties... the designer panties usually have a cotton swatch in the crotch. This will help keep you dry. Don't use panty liners either, unless it is during your period on your light day. Why? Because they hold the moisture from the sweat as well as any discharge you may have and this creates infections as well. Douching after sex will flush bacteria up the urethra and cause infection, too. Your vagina is a breeding ground for fungus and infection so do your best to keep it clean and dry on the outside.

So, use the sprays sparingly and only spray your panties with it and buy the towellets to carry with you because they will cleanse the area the same as if you had showered. And will not cause an infection.
Reply:a good wash with a mild soap and some water is just as effective as any of those expensive products, some of which can alter your pH drastically and cause yeast infections. Stick with what your doctor tells you and just wash regularly.
Reply:The docs will say it causes a yeast infection. I use them and this is not true

A deodorant question?

My deodorant keeps me smelling fresh, but it doesn't keep me dry under the arms. Any suggestions on what to use?

A deodorant question?
Try Mitchum roll ons , all fragrances smell good, it keeps you very dry and fresh, lasts for ages, sometimes you can even skip using it for a day and it can be used straight after shaving without irritation.(I have delicate skin)

I tried the dry stick variety once and got a very bad reaction to it, so do a test patch before you try that kind.
Reply:Try Degree. I've only been using it for a few months, but it's very effective, and I'm (so far) impressed.
Reply:You need to use a deodorant that says "antiperspirant" on it. Try one that says it's designed for athletes, like the Adidas brand. If they don't work, you can get prescription strength from your doctor if need be.
Reply:siff
Reply:drysol or certaindry i forgot which one i have but one of these your dermetologist needs to presrcibe to u oh yea it works great i've been dry for 3 years now
Reply:try a corn starch. Johnston baby powder cornstarch. This absorbs wetness
Reply:You can get a prescription deodorant from your doctor.

The best over-the-counter deodorant I've found is Soft-N-Dry (spray).
Reply:I'm the same, and anti-perspirant doesn't work (at least for me)
Reply:A deodorant keeps you smelling nice, it doesn't stop you from sweating. You should switch to an antiperspirant as that will stop you from sweating.
Reply:degree or secret the prescription kind
Reply:Mitchum is really good, just remember to always wash your arm pits before applying deodorant at it keeps you fresher for longer, good luck.
Reply:If its a big problem there is an antipersperent available on presciption only. Really you should not stop it, its not healthy. Ask your GP, I use lady mitchem powder fresh roll on. It's really good and smells like Johnsons baby powder.
Reply:anti perspirant will do the trick, deodarant does what it says on the tin...
Reply:A deodorant only stops the smell to stop the sweat you need an antiperspirant. Try Sure, they're good or if you want something stronger then Mitchum is excellent.
Reply:U need an Anti-perspirent. Deodorant does not stop sweating. Anti-perspirent does.
Reply:There is a crystal that is used as a form of deoderant. I have heard that this helps the wetness. I know some markets and drug stores sell it, but you can also check a beauty supply store.
Reply:try using "driclor" its very good. you can buy it from a chemist you just have to ask for it.

you put it on before you go to bed then wash it off in the

morning and reapply at night again, you do this for a

couple of days and then you give it a break for a couple

of days.

you will notice a difference after a couple of days, no

more wet patches under your arms. you can also use

it on your feet or hands if they are prone to excessive

perspiration.
Reply:Try an antiperspirant, not just a deodorant.
Reply:Arm %26amp; Hammer Powder Fresh

Arm %26amp; Hammer is fabulous. It has a higher percentage of the chemical that keeps you dry
Reply:If you will read the labels when you buy deodorant there are some differences. Some are for simply keeping your dry %26amp; others are for keeping you from stinking, %26amp; then others are for both. Try to find an antiperspirant %26amp; deodorant in one. Some people also have a medical condition that makes them sweat A LOT under the arms. Good luck.
Reply:I've been using Secret's new clinical/prescription formula. I spend a great deal of time outside getting sweaty, then have to go inside and deal with people and I can't afford to be sweaty/smelly. It has a lot of aluminum in it, but I think it has some form of 'buffer' to keep it from irritating your skin. So far it hasn't bothered me a bit and I'm usually really sensitive to things like that....

It's about 8 bucks at Wal-Mart/Target, but definitely worth a shot.
Reply:you need an anti-persperiant with deodorant, should keep you smelling nice and completely dry!
Reply:use anti perspirant deodorant

Which deodorant works the best?

Which kind of deodorant works the best? I go to school for 8 hours a day (including bus) and in some of the classrooms it gets really hot, and I get pit-stains. I don't smell, but in my last 2 classes I can't raise my hands because of my sweat. I've tried dove, secret, and ban, but they don't seem to work. HELP PLEASE!!

Which deodorant works the best?
Degree. It works long hours, athletes love it! Look at the review:

http://www.mouthshut.com/product-reviews...
Reply:at lunch break go to the washroom get some paper towel and just slightly wipe under your arms to get the access sweat. That apply secret plantium- 24hour deodorant. Also you can apply some backing soda under your arms in the morning, just dust a bit on. It will help soak up the wettness through out the day and will also remove any bacteria.
Reply:try a guy's deodorant, like Arrid or something. i heard guy's deodorant work much better than womens.
Reply:Soft %26amp; Dry with powerstripe +Dritech works pretty well for me. It is pink with a blue circle around the +Dritech part. Even after a shower, when I am still a bit damp, I apply it and feel instantly dry. It smells great too!
Reply:I also used Secret for 10 years and finally realized it doesn't work for me...I currently use Ban which seems to WORK FOR ME...Also I Love Love... DOVE deodorant...Give it a try...It's great
Reply:I've used one deodorant my whole life. Speed Stick by Mennen. It never fails and lasts long. I've never had any irritation, and it comes in many scents. The stick , the gel, whatever. Use it and don't vary. Once your armpits get used to it, you'll have great protection, and smell nice. Women love it. Go, Go, Go!!!
Reply:My husband just had this problem. trust me it was a problem. We found that after a couple of uses the Old Spice High endurance clear gel works wonders. Good luck.
Reply:i tried everything and degree works the best for me!
Reply:Depending on your age and hormone level, it may be something you can't help. I did the same thing in high-school. But, some things you can try are:

1. Mitchum for her deodorant (works better than all you've mentioned)

2. Keep a small tube of deodorant with you in your purse or backpack. Go to the restroom and dry your underarms with tissue and reapply your deodorant.

My deodorant sucks? or is it just me?

I use a gel 24/7 deodorant. But for some reason i still get wetness under there. But not stinky.. Wahts wrong?

I even used powder to try but it made it stink today and more wet

What 2 do?

My deodorant sucks? or is it just me?
wash b4 you apply the deo
Reply:My coworkress said that I don't know anything, but I'm positive that it must just be you. I've never heard of anyone complaining about their OWN deodorant, but i've definitely think you have a problem. Try these two solutions:

1. Take a shower

2. Brush your teeth

you'll soon make friends
Reply:Theres one called Mitchem that lasts for up to 48 hrs its really good.
Reply:Figure out what's making you nervous. Take note of your thoughts, when you tend to be wet, and when you tend to be dry. Remember, your body's only responding to what your mind is telling it to do, and excessive sweating, if it's not necessary to cool your core temperature, is a result of stress/nervousness.
Reply:Make sure that you are buying an antiperspirant/deodorant combination. If you just by one that is regular deodorant, that will stop the 'stink' but only until you sweat again. You want to block the sweat glands that is causing the smell.

sometimes it takes a person a couple of different trials of different types to get one that works for you.
Reply:try secret clinical strength, i heard it works very well

Can you recommend a good natural deodorant?

I want to try a deodorant that doesn't have aluminum. I've tried Tom's of Maine Unscented Long-Lasting Deodorant, but it irritated my skin. If you can recommend a natural deodorant, what are the ingredients that make it effective?

Thanks in advance for all the answers.

Can you recommend a good natural deodorant?
Try Avalon Organics. They make all natural organic deodorant. That's what I use, and it works great. And it has no aluminum or chemicals. They have Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, Rosemary, and Wild Yam scents.
Reply:i use secret platinum with olay
Reply:soap
Reply:Try Rexona a 24 hour Protection, it helps prevent underarm wetness and odour all day long, Rexona cool white, it won't let you down.

Reply:Try using lemon juice for a while............. I know it sounds funny, but I no longer use a deodorant cause of it. I guess it killed the odor.

If Deodorant helps protect against wetness, then why don`t we ladies use it at "that time of the month"

I mean, this may be TOTALLY stupid but, i just say a commercial for secret deodorant, and I just think if we put it on our undies then.....I dunno it is kinda stupid. Cause we would still need backup protection....

If Deodorant helps protect against wetness, then why don`t we ladies use it at "that time of the month"
Don't worry I know what you mean even if it is a little idiotic
Reply:OK, I know I'm a guy but I'll try and take a stab at answering it. Part of the normal process each month is for the woman's body to flush out stuff that they're better off getting rid of. Even if an antiperspirant did work down there I don't think it would be desirable to keep everything inside.
Reply:time to get a little something called a LIFE
Reply:Hahaha thank you for the laugh. I think someone above answered best, so I won't even bother fully. But I also think it would have something to do with the chemicals in the deodorant/anti-persperant. I can't imagine it would be healthy for your vag. Maybe even itch. But anyway, kudos for thinking outside the box!
Reply:well.. hm

thats kinda a good idea.. maybe to wear under a pad or on your underwear w/ a tampon

but just for the smell

haha idk nice try..

:)
Reply:it doesn`t really mean a thing, because when you apply deo in the right part of the body, it doesnt`t protect you at all against wetness , but it protects you against bad smell.

so, it doesn`t help a lot when put it in the undies... i guess it won t be a good idea
Reply:how is that going to stop the blood
Reply:Deodorant does not protect against moisture. It deodorizes. That means 'get rid of odors', as in smells.
Reply:and yet, you're not blonde
Reply:As I understand it, dryness deodorants work by interfering with the sweat glands' ability to produce perspiration.

If your panties get wet during menstruation because you are sweating in them, a dryness deodorant would help -- however, if you are like most women, you don't SWEAT in your panties during menstruation!
Reply:you're gross and weird.
Reply:ok, deodorant does not stop wetness. that's anti-persipant. those two are different. and anti-persipant only clogs your sweat glands so you reduce sweating for a while. it cannot stop you from bleeding on your period or any type of bleeding. you cannot control your menstral bleeding except if you're on birth control pills or any other pills made to reduce menstrual cycles, if that's what you want to do.
Reply:i think you answered your own question. TOTALLY STUPID

Help!!! Deodorant stains in my favorite blouse. What will i do?

I bought this blouse just last month and not only this blouse, my white shirts and some light colored blouses have deodorant stains. I tried getting rid of it but to my desmay its still there. Please send me tips.

Help!!! Deodorant stains in my favorite blouse. What will i do?
Here some ideas to help you with your dilemmaPerspiration

Sponge fresh stain with ammonia; old stain with vinegar. Pre-soak in cold or warm water. Rinse. Wash in hottest water safe for fabric. If fabric is yellowed, use bleach. If stain still remains, dampen and sprinkle with meat tenderizer, or pepsin. Let stand 1 hour. Brush off and wash. For persistent odor, sponge with colorless mouthwash.

Deodorants

Sponge area with white vinegar. If stain remains, soak with denatured alcohol. Wash with detergent in hottest water safe for fabric.

Ammonia

Rub out perspiration, blood, and urine stains on clothing by dabbing the area with a half-strength solution of ammonia and water before laundering.

Aspirin

Before you give up all hope of ever getting that perspiration stain out of your good white dress shirt, try this: Crush two aspirins and mix the powder in 1/2 cup warm water. Soak the stained part of the garment in the solution for two to three hours

Baking Soda

Pretreating clothes with a paste made from 4 tablespoons baking soda and 1/4 cup warm water can help vanquish a variety of stains. For example, rub it into shirts to remove perspiration stains; for really bad stains, let the paste dry for about two hours before washing. Rub out tar stains by applying the paste and washing in plain baking soda. For collar stains, rub in the paste and add a bit of vinegar as you're putting the shirt in the wash.

Lemons

Avoid expensive dry-cleaning bills. You can remove unsightly underarm stains from shirts and blouses simply by scrubbing them with a mixture of equal parts lemon juice (or white vinegar) and water.

Meat Tenderizer

Tenderize away hard-to-remove perspiration stains. Before you wash that sweat-stained sweatshirt (or any other perspiration-stained garment) dampen the stain and then sprinkle some meat tenderizer on it. Then just wash as usual

Salt

Salt's the secret to getting rid of those stubborn yellow perspiration stains on shirts. Dissolve 4 tablespoons salt in 1 quart (1 liter) hot water. Just sponge the garment with the solution until the stain disappears.

Vinegar

Want to see those sweat marks disappear from shirts and other garments? Just pour a bit of vinegar directly onto the stain, and rub it into the fabric before placing the item in the wash. You can also remove deodorant stains from your washable shirts and blouses by gently rubbing the spot with undiluted vinegar before laundering.

Good Luck !
Reply:Your Welcome and thank you for choosing my answer as best and your comment was much appreciated as well Report It

Reply:Try mixing white vinegar with laundry soap and rubbing it on the stains. Let it soak for a few minutes, then wash as you normally would. Check the stains before you put the shirts in the dryer and if they are still there, try this process again. I've had pretty good luck using this method.

It might also help to change deodorant. Some deodorants seem to cause this problem worse than others.
Reply:Try Aveeno bar soap, removes tough stains.
Reply:put them in warm water for some time before you wash..maybe it would help.and you can use stain removers like bleach and bleach for colored clothes
Reply:there are some stain remover that are gentle to the clothes.

Try also to soak in warm water and baking soda

Are deodorant pads OK to use?

I've heard that scented pads can cause an infection, but I'm wondering about the deodorant pads? Are they the same as scented? If not, are they OK to use?

Are deodorant pads OK to use?
They are the same and they are OK to use. They can cause irritation if you are sensitive to the chemical in them. Make sure to change any type of pad often (every 1-2 hours; more if necessary) to avoid a yeast infection.
Reply:Deodorant pads are usually scented. All of it can cause infection if left on too long (tampons carry the most risk).

The best way to determine is to speak to your doctor. But as they told me in a book when I was an adolescent, you are usually the only one who can smell it, so deodorizing or scented pads are unnecessary.

Natural deodorant that actually works??

Okay so I know regular deodorant can cause cancer but what other "natural" products work. I have tried some that don't contain paraben but they don't work at all. I went to Whole Foods and tried a couple but was so sweaty later. It was like I used nothing.

Natural deodorant that actually works??
Herbal Fresh natural deodorant works well for me. It has no propylene glycol or parabens. Feel free to contact me if interested in the website.
Reply:Have you tried one called 'Tom's of Maine'? My mom uses it and says it works just fine. It's all natural and you can find it at any drugstore.

Best deodorant for women?

i sweat pretty badly and nothing i've tried works. i've even tried men's deodorant. whats the best any of you have tried that has worked??

Best deodorant for women?
I have that problem so I use Certain-Dri. On the ingredients it has aluminum chloride in it .Which for me works better than the ones that have aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex GLY (20%)

Look on the back at the active ingredient
Reply:I use Secret or Dove. Those are the only 2 I've tried so far.

They both work for me. Try Arrid Extra Dry, see if that works!

Buy the spray can if they still come that way. If not, try it in the form that have it in now. I hope this helps you decide what to use.
Reply:I buy this at a health food store. Its called Crystal. It comes in a pump spray, roll on and an actual crystal like round rock. I have used everything on the market and nothing has worked like this. It runs about 7 or 8 bucks but it lasts forever! It doesnt contain aluminum chlorohydrate which every deo does and makes you sweat. Ha! Try this and I guarantee you will be glad you did. I had profuse sweating when I took a certain medication and this worked.I still use it to this day.

Good Luck!
Reply:Roc deodrant is the best- it's expensive but worth it. All the others (e.g. dove) have things in them which are bad for your skin.
Reply:I had the same problem. I started using Drysol. It's an over the counter anti-perspirant. You put it on at night and in the morning you wash it off. Then you can use your normal anti-perspirant or deoderant. Although, for a few days I personally use a spray one. You only need to use Drysol one or 2 nights a week. It works wonders. I don't have to worry anymore about embarassing sweat stains. I can wear whatever I want.
Reply:I get really sweaty too and and I have been using Lady speed stick It comes in lots of diffrent scents theres fruit ones babay powder ect,My favorite scent is Strawberry

I hope this helps

Reply:If you want antiperspirant advice, I suggest Ban. If you want odor control and don't care about sweating try the rock or Tom's of Maine or one of the other natural deodorants.
Reply:sweetie, i have the same problem! yesterday i went to target and got some certain-dri, because some people on here reccomended it. you put it on overnight and it shrinks your pores so you sweat less. it hasnt completely cleared up but i see a difference! it says it takes a few days to work completely. but you can get it for about 5$ at target, walmart, or cvs.... its in a box. good luck!
Reply:baby powder ( keeps every thing dry and stops the smell)deodorant is just expensive and it dosent work and its very unhealthy it causes cancer or something
Reply:Secret Clinical Strength really is the best plus its good to not leave white streaks..

What is the best deodorant to stop you from sweating and sweating onto your clothes and keeps you smelling great?

Best deodorant?
Secret Powder Scent!
Reply:Dove works well for me
Reply:Dove. It doesn't leave a white residue and it's great for sensitive skin. Plus it lasts all day and keeps me dry. I've tried them all....Lady Speed Stick, Sure, etc. and none of them lasted all day. Dove can also stand up to some serious workouts. I won't go back to anything else.
Reply:Degree, it is cheap it works, it smells clean, it is not harsh, it won't overpower your other scent.
Reply:Lady Speed stick!!! Plus the various scents smell great!
Reply:Teen Spirit Stick!!! It smells sooo good and it works very well!

Look on the back of deoderant. Look for the % of alum zyn, can't spell.

Best deodorant?

I sweat easily and always get smelly clothes around the armpit area. What is the best deodorant that will stop me from smelling and keep me fresh?

Exact details please, e.g. dove for sensitive skin anti-perspirant.

Best deodorant?
nivea roll on
Reply:Walmart and walgreens both carry Certain-Dri along with other drug stores. I sweat a lot too and this product works great and cost less than 5 bucks. Just roll the liquid on at nightly before bed and after a couple days you'll notice a big difference. In the morning put on any deoderant like regular to keep ya smelling fresh. Just make sure to use it regularly and it will cut down on the sweating big time. Also, dont use it after shaving! Ouch. The difference between Certian Dri and deoderants is that is is an antipersprant, which stops you from sweating instead of just covering up the smell. Secret has released something simliar but its in stick form and gets messy, plus it doesnt work as well and the smell is strong and lingers forever, lol.
Reply:teen spirit stick works 4 u.Maybe sweet strawberry scented.
Reply:All depends on your body chemistry and your hormones. Just keep trying until you find one that works for you. Secret has never failed me. Make sure the deodorant you buy is a antiperspirant / deodorant. it will read that on the Front of the bottle. The antiperspirant stops you from sweating and the deodorant stops you from smelling.

Good deodorant that doesn't leave residue?

I sweat a lot, and I was wondering if anyone (ladies) had deodorant or anti-persperant that dd not leave white residue on their clothes, even when the sweated a lot. I have tried so mny kinds of the "clear no-residue", and they all leave white powdery stuff all over my clothes! Please help!

Good deodorant that doesn't leave residue?
I like BAN, the liquid roll on. It really doesn't leave anything behind and it's got a higher percentage of aluminum so it works really well.

The Degree "litle black dress approved" one isn't bad, but it leaves a TINY bit of residue.

you can try using certain dry at bedtime and just use a plain deodorant without antiperspirant in the morning, you won't sweat at all and plain deodorant doesn't leave white residue AND it doesn't leave those sweat marks on white tshirts :-)

What deodorant best kepts your underams NOT wet and doesn't give your shirts wet stains?

I need a deodorant that makes my underarms less WET and doesnt' leave sweat pits on my shirt. Like wet circles around my shirt which you can see. I have tried DOVE (Does NOT work).. Teen stick something (does NOT work)

which one should i buy?

the BEST ONE!

i heard ban works.. wat is there besides ban?

What deodorant best kepts your underams NOT wet and doesn't give your shirts wet stains?
you requre an anti persperant (anti-perspire). not a deoderant. A deoderant only masks smell, where an anti-persperant slows your rate of sweat.
Reply:i use dove and it works 4 me.........well then i guess secret would be the next best. :)
Reply:I love dove it keeps me really dry, if you've tried all the brands with no success, then I've heard botox in the underarm actually stops you from sweating as much.
Reply:Degree works the best, I've tried Teen Stick and such and they don't work to well, especially after Phy Ed class, I would Recommend Degree. They come in different sents, I perfer the cool cotton smell.
Reply:I like Degree, you can choose any scent you like but Degree won't give you wetness and will stay dry all day long. Dove is not that good, I tried it.
Reply:crystal clean works very well for me- i like the scent and it leaves absolutley no chalky marks
Reply:I am as frustrated as you. I always get one armpit sweats more than other.

Best Deodorant for a woman, Anyone ?

I have used Secret in the past and I switched to Dove , and I like using the invisible kind , but secret left me feeling stickey and staining my clothes in the armpits area and dove , well its not holding my persperation. Im still getting wetness on my clothes in the armpit area. Anyone know the best deodorant to use ?? Thanks !

Best Deodorant for a woman, Anyone ?
Lady Mitchum, the invisible kind.

I use the men's Mitchum, unscented. It lasts up to 2 days. The unscented kind doesn't leave any kind if smell, and holds in perspiration quite well.

Reply:Degree for men.
Reply:i love dove personally...but I have seen some made with Cotton particles or something I think Adidas makes it and it's supposed to keep you dry. There are also some made with arm and hammer baking soda. I think you just have to try some and and see what works best for you. suave is good too and less expensive.
Reply:use baby powder

Too bad we couldn't have been made to not have to wear any at all but still smell nice.

Best deodorant?

Lately, I have been getting nasty sweat rings.

I have tried Ban %26amp; Degree....and they are both useless.

Which deodorant works the best for stopping sweat rings?

(:

Best deodorant?
Mitchem is the WORST for making deodorant stains.

I've found that men's deodorants make little mess, esp. Right Guard Xtreme. Get something in a light scent. I've worn men's deodorant for years and no one has ever noticed. EVERY women's deodorant I've ever worn leaves marks and stains.
Reply:I am using a spray deo, it leaves no marks compared to roll-onn and stick
Reply:dove ultimate clear

it's a cream, but goes on clear and works well for me

i am allergic to all other deodorants but dove
Reply:i just got a new dove deoderant yesterday, it works pretty good %26amp; has a very nice scent.
Reply:i tried degree and dove and secret before but soft%26amp;dri works best for me.
Reply:hey, i use mens deodrand un-sented. its amazing. preferably arm and hammer. good luck

"Teen" Deodorant Vs "Adult" deo?

is there a difference?

i've never heard of "teen deodorant"

"Teen" Deodorant Vs "Adult" deo?
teen deodorant doesnt work as well.

just get adult..or REGULAR deodorant...
Reply:dont get that teen garbage. get the real deal

old spice all day everyday ladies
Reply:Teen deoderant seems to just be a cover up of BO and really does nothing whereas adult deodorant can come in anti persporant and is alot better because it does what it is meant to do. The less sweat, the less you will smell!
Reply:The only difference is marketing and scents. Odor blocking wise, there is no difference, but certain scents will appeal to teens more than adults.
Reply:no difference =people just wanting to make money =pick one you like and enjoy wearing it to smell nice for the girls
Reply:The difference is the marketing

How frequently should shipments of the deodorant be ordered to minimize the total cost?

Please show equation used and steps.

The manager of an Eckerd drug store expects to sell 600 bottles of a certain deodorant each year. Each bottle costs the manager $4.00 and the ordering fee is $30 per shipment. In addition, it costs .90 cents per year to store each bottle. Assuming that the deodorant sells at a uniform rate throughout the year and that each shipment arrives just as the last bottle from the previous shipment ids sold, how frequently should shipments of the deodorant be ordered to minimize the total cost?

If a graph was made with cost function as a function of x (where x represents the frequency of shipments). How would this be done?

Does deodorant damage your sweat glands?

Someone told me that deodorant damages your pores or sweat glands or something is it true?

Does deodorant damage your sweat glands?
Many beauty products on the market have harmful chemicals in them; do your favorite beauty products contain any of these things?:

* Mineral Oil, Paraffin, and Petrolatum – Petroleum products that coat the skin like plastic, clogging pores and creating a build-up of toxins, which in turn accumulate and can lead to dermatologic issues. Slows cellular development, which can cause you to show earlier signs of aging. Suspected cause of cancer. Disruptive of hormonal activity. By the way, when there’s an oil spill in the ocean, don’t they rush to clean it up – fast? Why put that stuff on your skin?

* Parabens – Widely used as preservatives in the cosmetic industry (including moisturizers). An estimated 13,200 cosmetic and skin care products contain parabens. Studies implicate their connection with cancer. They have hormone-disrupting qualities – mimicking estrogen – and interfere with the body’s endocrine system.

* Phenol carbolic acid– Found in many lotions and skin creams. Can cause circulatory collapse, paralysis, convulsions, coma and even death from respiratory failure.

* Propylene glycol – Used as a moisturizer in cosmetics and as a carrier in fragrance oils. Shown to cause dermatitis, kidney or liver abnormalities, and may inhibit skin cell growth or cause skin irritation.

* Acrylamide– Found in many hand and face creams. Linked to mammary tumors in lab research.

* Sodium laurel or lauryl sulfate (SLS), also known as sodium laureth sulfate (SLES)– Found in car washes, engine degreasers, garage floor cleaners… and in over 90% of personal care products! SLS breaks down the skin’s moisture barrier, easily penetrates the skin, and allows other chemicals to easily penetrate. Combined with other chemicals, SLS becomes a “nitrosamine”, a potent class of carcinogen. It can also cause hair loss. SLES is sometimes disguised with the labeling “comes from coconut” or “coconut-derived

* Toluene – Poison! Danger! Harmful or fatal if swallowed! Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Made from petroleum or coal tar, and found in most synthetic fragrances. Chronic exposure linked to anemia, lowered blood cell count, liver or kidney damage, and may affect a developing fetus. Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) contains toluene. Other names may include benzoic and benzyl.

* Dioxane– Found in compounds known as PEG, Polysorbates, Laureth, ethoxylated alcohols. Common in a wide range of personal care products. The compounds are usually contaminated with high concentrations of highly volatile 1,4-dioxane, easily absorbed through the skin.

Dioxane’s carcinogenicity was first reported in 1965 and later confirmed in studies including one from the National Cancer Institute in 1978. Nasal passages and liver are the most vulnerable. Dioxane is easily removed during the manufacturing process by “vacuum stripping”.

Warning: It is a synthetic derivative of coconut. Watch for hidden language on labels, such as “comes from coconut”.

IF SO, you should throw them away IMMEDIATELY and substitute virgin/extra virgin olive oil or a natural coconut oil to moisturize in the meantime until you find a better alternative!!! Tell ALL your friends and family!!!
Reply:nah. people exaggerate and then worry about dumb stuff. it just keeps you from sweating as much when you put it in. when you go without it you sweat A LOT! see? no worries.

EDIT: do NOT listen to "Panny Proud". she is CRAZY! NOT true AT ALL! trust me. this is a girl with common sense..i am.

Best deodorant?

Okay so I need a good doedorant/anti persperant. I don't smell at all but I do get sweaty. What will prevent both? I've tried Secret Platinum, that stuff doesn't work! So right now I'm using Sure roll-on. But what's a good deodorant/anti persperant

Best deodorant?
I think "dove" is a good brand. I play alot of sport and it works well for me.

: )
Reply:USE SURE GIRL!!

You must have seen those cringy celebrity photos. Like the ones paparazzi take! The one of Fergie wetting herself on stage or Britney spears with sweat patches under their arm. They should have used Sure Girl shame they didn’t know about it!

And also this could have been avoided if they had downloaded the new Sure Girl application on Bebo. Have you added it yet? Have you also entered the cool competition on there and answered the poll?

“WE KNOW WHAT MAKES YOU SWEAT”
Reply:Dove works well
Reply:I have two favorites that have never failed me. Secret Solid and Suave Solid. They have never given out on me during the most strenuous workouts or the hottest Summer days.
Reply:have you tried the Secret prescription strength one?
Reply:Try "Suave Naturals" with soothing Aloe Vera. It's a very good anti perspirant/deodorant. Glides on CLEAR!
Reply:Secret Clinical Stregnth.

It it doesn't work for you maybe you have abnormal armpit fluid. CAUSE THIS STUFF WORKS!
Reply:This problem runs in my family. What you have to do is go to the doctor and ask for a perscription. The one that works best is called "Hypercare" ask for that the next time you go to the doctor or call the doctor........ Good Luck!
Reply:Secret Clinical Strength is great. It takes 3-4 days to reach its full strength, but then it really works.
Reply:like me you may have to get prescription. but when that didn't work either, the best thing i could do was to get like 5 different kinds and switch them up every day, that way your body doesn't get used to the same kind. And always use stick deodorants because the gels and liquids and such don't work as well for the perspiration.
Reply:I love Dove! MItchum is good too.
Reply:Mitchum
Reply:Degree for women, no wetness under your arms and it lasts all day!!!
Reply:You should try Ban. I've never used it (I use Secret) but girls in my p.e. class have it and they like it alot! :~D
Reply:BAN! roll on! it rocks!

What deodorant keeps you smelling fresh??

I have noticed recently that when i have been out my deodorant has not been keeping smelling fresh, i have been using "Sure" is there any product out there that will do the trick?? thanks for your help x

What deodorant keeps you smelling fresh??
Hi well i think the one that has a long lasting fresh smell is SANEX (the blue one) and i really notice the smell last 24/7

you can buy it from Boots or Superdrug(IN UK).

Hope this helps %26lt;3
Reply:Well, you need to ALWAYS make sure there is no hair under your pits.

I used to have horrible smelling B.O, and i used secret. Well, it was not working out for me. So my mom told me that i should switch to degree. it worked so much better, but i stilled had B.O. So i was at target and i decided to see if my B.O would change is i used degree for men. OMG it worked i smell fresh all the time.

So go to your target or wal-mart, and get...Degree for men cool rush.
Reply:I've used Dove for a while, which does a good job on moisturizing your underarms and keeping white marks off of your clothes, but it doesn't cut it under strenuous exercise and it somtimes smells like baby powder. Lately I've tried Degree, which smells really good, and cuts the sweat. For me it also does a good job keeping your pits soft too xD
Reply:I loveeee Doves new one from the line "go fresh". I like the one with green tea. It smells devine and works great too. I heard that once in a while you need to change deodorants b/c skin gets immune.

Reply:Mitchum has ranting and raving reviews from people with really bad excess sweating problems, and i tried it just because hey if it works for them itll do great for someone who doesnt really need it, and i bought it in tesco for like 2 pounds lol, tis really good :) Not scented though, but it means you can then wear a scent over it.
Reply:I have this problem too, any of the creamy type ones (like dove) make me smell worse, I used sure for a while but have foud that Mitchum is amazing, it keeps me smelling nice for up to 2 days and the powder fresh one smells great, give it a try :)
Reply:i clean hoses all day long and i have been using feeling fresh from avon it works great and best of all its only .99 cents and i smell all day long every time i move my arms it smells fresh
Reply:any Dove keeps you feeling and smelling fresh all day

Reply:sure i use oxygen spray i like that one

just keep topping it up a couple of times a day i do
Reply:With me, 'Sure' itself doesn't do anything for me, whereas 'Sure CRYSTAL' is brilliant. Keeps me fresh all day long. =]
Reply:I use Secret in Arctic Pear. I think thats the scent I use at least. Secret has tons of different scents and they all smell amazing!
Reply:secret %26amp; ban are really good brands. secret is the best smelling, and ban lasts for a really long time. :)
Reply:I realy like Mitchum, the powder fresh one smells realy nice.

Strongest deodorant ever [girls only!!!!]?

Please recommend the strongest anti-perspirant/deodorant you have ever experienced. Make sure it can be found in a regular Target or Costco. Keep in mind that my armpits sweat a LOT and leave yucky sweat stains on my white T-shirts. By the time last period of school rolls around, my pits are wet and no longer smell okay.

I am currently using Lady Speed Stick: Shower Fresh. It is the gel kind, not the dry one.

It used to work really well for me but not anymore.

Strongest deodorant ever [girls only!!!!]?
I have the same problem....I've bought every deoderant possible. And sorry to say, but nothing works. I even tried botox injections for them....
Reply:Arid. It works. It's a solid.
Reply:I have the same problem and the best thing I found is Mitchum...they have it in roll on, gel, solid, clear solid, etc. It's actually stronger than the new Secret "prescription strength."

You can purchase Mitchum at Target for sure (it's in a green container).
Reply:lady speed stick DOES NOT WORK!!! Secret Platinum WORKS SOOO WELL!!! try the vanilla chai. It works for days without wearing off.. and it smells yummy!! iff deoderant doesn't work there's this pill you can take to make you not sweat at all any where.

good luck
Reply:Nothing in stores will work hun. My friend has this

problem, its excessive sweating. You need to make an

appt. (appointment) with your doctor. Tell him you sweat a lot. The appt. will take 5 min! You will be in and out!

He will prescribe a strong deoderant that will keep you dry...

even in gym class lol! It works great. But use a little at first

because it can be irritating at first because its soo great

and strong. And after you apply the prescription, apply

a good smelling regular deoderant. (her prescription was

anscented.)

And you will have sooo much confidence! I promise!

Dont be shy... see your doctor! Please good luck!
Reply:Secret- has a new one called "clinical strenght

but yeah, its wonderful. it stings a little bit a first- i think there's botox in it. but than after that its amazing.

its around 8 dollars at target. but it works wonders
Reply:Yea well I've tried everything also!! every store brand, brand name - including Mitchum, Degree clinical strength, etc..... the best I've found so far is Secret clinical strength.
Reply:the strongest deodorant that i know of is secret platinum ...you want to look at the back and look at the active ingredient ...aluminum zirconium....in secret it is 19% that is the strongest i have found and make sure your deodorant also contains anti-perspirant..that is what helps with the sweating..the deodorant part is the good smelling stuff..good luck..also i have found that solid works the best ..not sure about gels..but sprays are weakest
Reply:This is a problem I've faced since I was a teenager, so I definitely understand your embarrassment. I highly recommend Degree Clinical Strength. It's available at Target, Walmart, and most grocery stores. It's a little more pricey, but it's the only over-the-counter anti-perspirant that took care of my awful sweat stains.

What deodorant is better axe or old spice?

yea so what deodorant is better

What deodorant is better axe or old spice?
whatever one works best for you. Just stay clear of chemically scented ones to avoid polluting the envoronment and making yourself and others sick.
Reply:Its all an opinion. When I was using chemical deoderants I used Old Spice Red zone body spray and it worked well . Tom's of Maine makes several varieties of deoderant that works well and they are natural.
Reply:trust me when i say old spice smells better. axe is too strong, cheap smelling, and overpowering.
Reply:I like Axe better.
Reply:My nephew weas axe and he does always smell good. I love the smell of old spice its not an old man brand either who cares how old it is as long as it smells great. Just one huge tip..................not meaning you but anyone who reads this, SHOWER EVERYDAY! a person can always tell if your covering up smell~
Reply:lynx(well it's what axe is called here in europe)

old spice smells of an old man
Reply:From a girls point of view axe. It smells so much better and whenever i smell it on one of my friends i like love it.
Reply:Lynx (which is Axe, just the European version) is better...
Reply:i cant speak for anyone else, but for me, i like old spice. theres only 1 other i like better, but i cant afford it and thats stetson.
Reply:axe
Reply:I tried Axe and it did not work for me. I still use the spray cologne from Axe though.
Reply:old spice
Reply:I don't like either of them:they smell way to sweet.
