Are deodorant pads OK to use?

I've heard that scented pads can cause an infection, but I'm wondering about the deodorant pads? Are they the same as scented? If not, are they OK to use?

Are deodorant pads OK to use?
They are the same and they are OK to use. They can cause irritation if you are sensitive to the chemical in them. Make sure to change any type of pad often (every 1-2 hours; more if necessary) to avoid a yeast infection.
Reply:Deodorant pads are usually scented. All of it can cause infection if left on too long (tampons carry the most risk).

The best way to determine is to speak to your doctor. But as they told me in a book when I was an adolescent, you are usually the only one who can smell it, so deodorizing or scented pads are unnecessary.
