My deodorant is not working to it%26#039;s full effect. Any suggestions?
Deodorant isn%26#039;t doing the trick...?
I switch brands everytime I buy deodorant. Deodorant is just like shampoo or anything else, and after awhile it looses it%26#039;s effectiveness. Try carrying it with you in your purse to reapply at times throughout the day. Also if you do get stinky under your arms during the day, you can wash under there with a wash cloth and antibacterial soap (since the bacteria is what makes you stink) and then reapply deodorant. If you%26#039;ve tried all deodorants and it doesn%26#039;t go away or improve, go see a doctor, it could be a hormone thing.
Reply:Ummmmm....how about trying another one?
Good grief.
Reply:Try a different one. they don%26#039;t all work the same.
Reply:Use an antiperspirant. I promise you. I really works!!!!
Lady speed stick is the one I use and my pre-adolescent daughter too. It works at all times and you do not need to re-apply during the day. Good luck!!!
Reply:Shower
Reply:take a shower!!!!ewww
Reply:Odor is caused by bacteria growing in the damp dark area of the under arm. First line of defense is to keep the are VERY clean. Secondly deodorants just mask the odor. Antiperspirants block the wetness and controls the breeding ground for that bacteria. No bacteria, no odor!!
If antiperspirants don%26#039;t do the trick and you sweat excessively talk with your doctor. There are medical conditions that cause excess sweating. Maybe he can make suggestions for treatment.
Reply:Sometimes when I%26#039;m feeling that my deodorant isn%26#039;t working I also use baking soda. I apply the soda first, then deodorant a minute or so later, once the soda%26#039;s absorbed.
Reply:Where are you applying it to?
Reply:switch brands
Reply:Try a man%26#039;s deoderant. Like Brut or something. It smells a little manly, but hey it should work.
Uuummmm............why am I assuming you are a woman???
